Surplus Minitor 3/4 amplified charger blowout!
These units are surplus from the US Capitol building and were part of their Emergency Alert system (as indicated by stickers on top). They're all in "like new" condition. They probably sat on desks their whole lives (in one of the cleanest office buildings in the country) and never touched.
